Delivery Information

Bear & Thomas deliver our products by Australia Post or Courier to your door to most suburbs within Australia. Orders will be shipped as soon as possible, depending on product availability.  If a product is not available customers will be notified.

Orders are shipped on business days only (excluding public holidays). Delivery costs will be calculated based on the delivery address and product weight. Delivery costs are subject to change without notice.

Bear & Thomas cannot be responsible for delivery delays beyond our control and as such delivery times are only an approximate.  Late delivery does not constitute failure of our agreement and does not entitle cancellation.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if a product does not arrive.  Once we have been notified we will lodge an enquiry with the courier company and track your product accordingly.

Please ensure your recipient address is a business address, or if a personal address it must be able to be left in a safe place (you will need to indicate this under special instructions on your shipping details).  Please also provide contact telephone number of recipient if possible to allow us to confirm delivery details if required.

If a product cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, or if the recipient is unavailable and we have not been given an alternate option, an extra fee will apply for re delivery.
